So we discussed my current favorite character from the Silent Hill series, Maria, last time. However, no conversation about Maria is complete without discussing a character who is extremely vital to both her, and the storyline of Silent Hill 2 itself.

You know how it is when you come across a character who, without reason, calls out to you and you can’t look away. You are smitten.

So far in my foray into the Silent Hill series, that character is Maria.

Yeah. I’m not sure what to say. ‘Amazing’, comes to mind. As does ‘Beautiful’, ‘Tragic’, ‘Frightening’.

Gorgeous story, actually very scary game (one of the scariest I’ve played!) and all around amazing. Blown away.

I’m going to consider this “weekend” productive. After a nine day workweek full of doubles and sadness, I was able to finally get some much needed cleaning done around the house.
